About Us

Made Music Studio has been creating iconic and enduring sounds that score your world for over 20 years. For entertainment brands you love like HBO, Wondery, Galaxy’s Edge, IMAX, ESPN and the Oscars. Sonic brand experiences and product sound for big brands you know like Disney, Snapdragon, Lexus, Pepsico and AT&T.

Our sister company Continuum builds music technology products that are changing how the industry works.

We love what we do. We don’t waste time. No performative attendance. We’re values based: our ongoing commitment to anti-racism.

We’re a small high-performing team. This is why we lead while others follow.

About the Role

We don’t need another pair of hands. We need someone with the knowledge, drive and creativity to re-design our digital presence from the ground up, support our sales team, manage our awards pipeline, and run a small bench of freelancers and agencies.

Your day-to-day work overlaps sales support, sales coordination, and sales operations. You’ll help drive momentum behind new business by creating the materials, follow-up, research, and process support that keep opportunities moving. This is not a traditional sales role, and it is not a pure marketing job. It is a builder role for someone who wants ownership, visible impact, and the chance to shape how a category-leading company shows up in the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Envision, create and maintain pitch decks, one-sheets, and client-specific leave-behinds

  • Run competitive audits and prospect research to arm sales conversations

  • Produce case study content—reels, written recaps, sizzle materials

  • Own Mailchimp: nurture sequences, newsletters, list management

  • Run LinkedIn as a growth channel—posts, articles, thought leadership

  • Execute SEO and GEO strategy so we show up when buyers are searching

  • Manage award submissions end-to-end: strategy, writing, tracking, deadlines

  • Use AI tools to move faster—research, first drafts, competitive analysis

  • Inspire and manage outsource partners: digital media agency, video editors, designers

  • Track everything: pipeline attribution, content performance, what’s working

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years in marketing, sales support, or content—ideally music, media, entertainment, or agencies

  • You speak the language of current social media and participate within its culture, socially and professionally

  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and design language

  • You use AI tools daily for real work: research, writing, analysis. Not novelty—workflow

  • You know Mailchimp, basic SEO principles, and how to build a deck that sells

  • You can manage vendors and freelancers without hand-holding

  • You care about results more than impressions—attribution over vanity metrics

  • You’re organized enough to juggle award deadlines, campaign calendars, and sales requests

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B services, creative agencies, media, entertainment, music, or technology

  • Experience writing or coordinating award submissions

  • Experience working with Box, Vimeo, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite

What It’s Actually Like

Monday: You’re building a pitch deck for a meeting Wednesday. You pull the latest case study reel and a competitive audit you ran with AI last week, with a dozen client and partner follow-ups.

Tuesday: You’re scheduling this week’s LinkedIn posts, reviewing the Mailchimp nurture sequence, and submitting a Clio entry before the deadline. With a dozen client and partner follow-ups (you get the idea).

Wednesday: You’re briefing the video editor on a sizzle reel, checking SEO/GEO performance, and sending the digital agency their monthly targets.

Thursday: You’re reviewing pipeline numbers with the team, pivoting, optimizing and planning next week’s content calendar. Then most of the time you’re off until Monday.
