About the Role

We need someone with the knowledge, drive and creativity to support our sales and marketing teams using strategic thinking skills, an ability to manage internal projects,and coordinatingwith freelancers.

Your day-to-day work overlaps sales and marketing support, coordination, and operations. You’ll help drive momentumbehind new business by thinking outside the box, creating thoughtful decks, follow-ups, research, and process support that keep opportunities moving. This is a strategic thinking and execution role for someone who wants ownership, visible impact, and the chance to shape how a category-leading company shows up in the market.


What You’ll Do

  • Help create thoughtful, insight-driven pitch decks in PowerPoint

  • Conduct competitive audits and prospect research to strengthen sales conversations

    Oversee video editors to produce case study content reels, written recaps, and sizzle materials

  • Develop and execute client nurture sequences and newsletters

  • Own LinkedIn as a growth channel including posts, articles, and thought leadership

  • Contribute to content and blog creation

  • Lead award submissions end-to-end through strategy, writing, tracking, and deadlines

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, first drafts, and competitive analysis

  • Monitor performance across content engagement

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years in brand partnerships, business development, or client services

  • Strong sense of strategic storytelling and an eye for visual design

  • You’re familiar with Mailchimp, copywriting, and how to build a deck that sells

  • You can manage vendors and freelancers without hand-holding

  • You care about results more than impressions—attribution over vanity metrics

  • You’re organized enough to juggle multiple responsibilities at a time

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B services, creative agencies, media, entertainment, music, or technology

  • Experience in visual design and video editing

  • Experience writing blogs and / or award submissions

  • Experience working with Mailchimp, Vimeo, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro

  • Experience with AI tools for research, analysis, and improved workflow

Salary

$75,000 – $85,000 depending on experience
