about the role

We're seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive the evolution of Continuum™, our enterprise-level sonic branding platform that serves Fortune 500 companies. This is a unique early-stage opportunity to scale a proven product from V1 to market leadership at the intersection of entertainment-quality audio, enterprise software, and cutting-edge AI technology.

As Product Lead, you'll own the strategic product vision and execution for a platform that helps the world's biggest brands achieve “the sound of their brand, at scale.” You'll work directly with our CEO and cross-functional teams to transform our successful creative services model into a scalable SaaS platform while maintaining the premium experience our Fortune 500 clients expect. Success in this role requires comfort with lean operations and rapid iterations.


key responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute product roadmap for Continuum's growth from current adoption to market-leading platform

  • Drive product-market fit across five key innovation areas: enhanced music discovery, data-driven insights, hit music integration, workflow simplification, and AI-powered features

Customer-Centric Development

  • Collaborate directly with Fortune 500 brand managers and creative teams to understand how they scale the sound of their brand across all touchpoints

  • Design intuitive user experiences that optimize daily workflows and creative processes

  • Lead user research and leverage customer feedback to drive product iterations

Data-Driven Product Optimization

  • Establish robust analytics frameworks to transform user behavior into actionable product insights

  • Create intuitive dashboards and reporting systems that surface key trends and usage patterns

  • Use data analysis and cohort segmentation to identify growth opportunities and product priorities

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with engineering teams and external development partners to deliver on technical roadmap

  • Manage strategic API partnerships to maximize integration value and seamless user experiences

  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive revenue through product evolution

Platform Scaling & Operations

  • Lead transition from V1 to enterprise-grade platform supporting hundreds of users with scalability to thousands across multiple brands

  • Ensure platform readiness for global expansion, including internationalization and compliance

required experience

  • 5+ years B2B product management with proven track record scaling products from early stage to significant revenue growth

  • Enterprise stakeholder management including complex customer environments ($50K+ contracts)

  • Fluency in SaaS software architecture, APIs, user data analysis, and dashboard development

  • User-centered product development background with proven success optimizing user workflows

  • Track record of integrating emerging tech into product offerings, particularly AI/ML solutions

  • Product design tools (Figma) and data analytics platforms (Kibana)

  • A/B testing, API integration, and project management tools

  • User research and data-driven analysis

  • Understanding of brand building principles and how brands scale their identity across touchpoints

This position reports directly to the CEO. Compensation includes competitive base salary ($140K-$170K based on experience and location), performance-based bonus, and founder-level cash participation in company exits and liquidity events.
